Online Help
Installed for all MicroStrategy products. Online help is available in English and German (except for administration-related online help) with all MicroStrategy products. MicroStrategy Web user online help is available in all supported locales. MicroStrategy Web Administrator online help is available only in English. For troubleshooting and known issues related to viewing online help documentation, see Troubleshooting MicroStrategy.

Utilities
Several administrative tools such as the License Manager, Heath Center, Service Manager, User Merge Wizard, Project Mover, DB Query Tool, and Project Source Manager are also installed with MicroStrategy. For MicroStrategy installations on Windows environments, these and other tools are accessible from the MicroStrategy Tools folder, available in the Windows Start menu.
